Job Description
Pearl Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide critical administrative support to our Sales Team. Based in Noida, this role is essential in coordinating daily sales operations, managing client communications, organizing schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow between departments. The position reports directly to Level-1 and demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and administrative support tasks
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications between clients and the sales team
- Handle incoming inquiries, make follow-up calls, and provide product/service information
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, quotations, invoices, and proposals
- Process and monitor orders, coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely delivery
- Maintain inventory tracking and communicate stock-related alerts
- Serve as the communication bridge between sales, customers, and internal departments
- Organize internal meetings, events, and travel schedules for the sales team
- Monitor sales performance metrics and assist with target achievement tracking
- Support sales campaigns, budgeting, and expenditure tracking
- Handle additional office duties as directed by the Sales Manager
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer support, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English or Tamil or Malayalam
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
