Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, update & manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Ensure product titles, descriptions, images & SEO tags are accurate and optimized
• Coordinate with clients for product details, approvals & updates
• Handle listing corrections, pricing changes, and inventory updates
• Track listing status, troubleshoot listing errors & ensure everything stays live
• Maintain sheets/reports for daily listing activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• 02 years experience in e-commerce/backoffice roles
• Strong communication skills (client-friendly)
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce listings (training can be provided)
• Good grip on Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work with deadlines
