Role Overview

We're looking for a Backend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and has exposure to AI, LLMs, and NLP driven projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams to integrate LLM-based and AI-driven features.
• Work on automation workflows and intelligent agents to improve platform capabilities.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with proper documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all backend systems.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript.
• Experience with Nx, NestJS, and Fastify (strong preference).
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Exposure to LLMs, AI-powered solutions, or AI agent-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
