Role Overview
We're looking for a
Backend Engineer who is passionate about building
scalable, high-performance systems and has exposure to
AI, LLMs, and NLP driven projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams to integrate LLM-based and AI-driven features.
- Work on automation workflows and intelligent agents to improve platform capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with proper documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all backend systems.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript.
- Experience with Nx, NestJS, and Fastify (strong preference).
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Exposure to LLMs, AI-powered solutions, or AI agent-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
