We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high performing systems. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to design, develop and architect, and maintain backend services and API that powers our platform.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high performing systems. You will work closely with cross - functional teams to design, develop and architect, and maintain backend services and API that powers our platform.
What You Will Do
- Architect, build, and scale backend systems that handle large data volumes and long-running workflows.
- Design and maintain pipelines, integrations, and background processing systems.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Mentor engineers, lead reviews, and set engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product to deliver impactful solutions.
- 5-7 years of backend engineering (Node.js/NestJS preferred, Python a plus).
- Strong experience with data processing, distributed systems, and queues.
- Ability to own architecture decisions and lead projects end-to-end.
- Bonus: Prior experience in data-heavy SaaS products.
