- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Understanding of asynchronous processing, queues, and event-driven architectures
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- API design and integration with third-party systems
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Healthcare domain knowledge (FHIR, HL7, prior authorization workflows)
- Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Observability tooling (DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Document processing pipelines or OCR systems
- AI/ML system integration
