Position: Backend Engineer (Python)
Experience: 8-12 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid(3 days from office)
Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur, Hi Tech City)
Must Have
Looking for candidate who has actually built products, not just managed IT projects, with strong
technical skills in backend development and system architecture..
SaaS platforms, Python, Django/Flask, AWS, and potentially CI/CD tools.
Required Skills
Strong experience in building SaaS platforms, preferably with cloud-based solutions
Hands-on coding skills (60% of the role)
Ability to design system architectures (30-40% of the role)
Proficiency in Python, Django/Flask
Experience with AWS and cloud technologies
Understanding of system design principles like 12-factor applications and CAP theorem
Preferably with product development background (not IT management)
Healthcare product development experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Capable of explaining technology choices and system design decisions
Comfortable with technologies like React, AWS, and potentially CI/CD tools.
