About
We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team and help build reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems that power our SaaS products. You'll work primarily with
Ruby on Rails and
Go, contributing to an
API-first,
multi-tenant architecture that serves users across different environments.
This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on with backend development, enjoys solving real product challenges, and wants to grow into a broader architectural or technical ownership role. You'll collaborate closely with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to ship features and continuously improve our systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in backend or platform development.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, or similar backend frameworks.
- Good understanding of API design, data modeling, and scalable backend systems.
- Experience working with MySQL, Redis, or similar databases.
- Comfortable with Docker and AWS for deployment and system operations.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and application monitoring.
- Awareness of security best practices, authentication, and authorization in APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Nice To Have
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS platforms or distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Terraform, or other cloud automation tools.
- Interest in performance optimization and system observability.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs.
- Work with the team to design and implement scalable, cloud-ready systems.
- Collaborate with frontend and product engineers to build seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and standards.
- Help build CI/CD pipelines, monitor applications, and support deployments.
