About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Software Development Engineer (SDE) with
0–3 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is strong in Python and Django, has solid problem-solving skills, and possesses a strong foundation in Data Structuresand Algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django
Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance APIs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to system design discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–3 years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Python
Working knowledge of Django / Django REST Framework
Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding of REST APIs and backend fundamentals
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows
Good to Have
Experience working on video-related tasks (streaming, encoding, processing)
Familiarity with Celery, Redis, or message queues
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of caching systems
Experience with Dockeres
