Job Description
- Design and develop Shopee's core backend recommendation systems to support fast product and business iteration.
- Optimize online serving engines, recall/ranking modules, and offline data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to reusable system components and services for Shopee's centralized recommendation platform.
- Research industry trends in recommendation and backend technologies, and apply innovative ideas to business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields。
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer systems.
- Proficiency in C++/Golang/Python, with experience in Linux environments.
- Interest in distributed systems, high-concurrency architectures, and scalable backend design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
