Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Backend Engineer role at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves designing and implementing back-end systems to drive efficient software functionality for our innovative salon platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining server-side applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing system performance to meet business goals. The Backend Engineer will also work to ensure seamless integration with front-end technologies and maintain industry best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development to build efficient and scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to ensure high-quality coding practices.
• Familiarity with Front-End Development to facilitate smooth collaboration across UI and functionality integration.
• Experience in programming languages and technologies relevant to back-end development projects.
• Problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute to an innovative team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in building or supporting software applications for the service or salon industry is a plus.
