Position Overview

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our Tech Solutions team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Golang, microservices, REST APIs, Redis, SQL/PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Golang microservices and REST APIs.
  
• Contribute to system design and distributed architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  
• Implement Redis caching and work with SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests.
  
• Develop Shell/Bash scripts and contribute to CI/CD automation.
  
• Work with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
  
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues.
  
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
  
• Own features from requirement analysis through deployment and production support.
  
  

Requirements

2–4 years of backend development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Golang/Go and microservices.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Good knowledge of system design, scalability, availability, and performance.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Redis, SQL/PostgreSQL.

Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, context, and error handling.

Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing.

Good knowledge of Shell/Bash, Git, and CI/CD.

Practical experience with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage.
