About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong Python and API development experience to help build scalable backend systems and analytics infrastructure.

You will work on APIs, data processing systems, integrations, caching, and backend services powering modern analytics applications.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys solving backend and data challenges in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Build and maintain backend services and integrations
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries
• Implement caching and performance optimization strategies
• Build scheduled/background jobs and automation workflows
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable backend code
• Participate in deployment, debugging, and CI/CD workflows
• Support backend scalability and reliability improvements
