About Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks. The role involves building scalable backend systems, developing RAG pipelines, and orchestrating AI-driven workflows across enterprise platforms in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Work with LangChain and LlamaIndex to develop AI-powered applications
- Integrate vector databases such as Milvus for efficient data retrieval
- Orchestrate workflows across enterprise systems including Dataiku DSS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of backend systems
Expertise You'll Bring
- B.Tech/B.E with 58 years of relevant backend development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python for backend services
- Experience building scalable APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks
- Solid understanding and implementation of RAG pipelines
- Experience working with vector databases such as Milvus
- Exposure to enterprise platform integrations like Dataiku DSS
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and best practices
- Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI systems
- Integration with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Knowledge of MCP, multi-agent architectures, and tool-calling frameworks
- Experience in vector search optimization and hybrid search
- Understanding of prompt engineering and optimization
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
