Backend Developer – OCD Platform

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Implement scalable and maintainable backend components aligned with platform standards
• Contribute to ongoing platform evolution and enhancement initiatives
• Design and integrate MongoDB / NoSQL data models
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by CRM and digital platforms
• Ensure performance, reliability, and data consistency across services
• Contribute actively to code reviews and merge requests
• Follow development standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines
• Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers for build, deployment, and release activities
• Support refactoring and optimization initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and tooling

PROFILE

• Minimum 4- 8 years of experience as a Backend Developer with CRM OCD Platforms
• Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot backend development
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience and understanding of REST API design and integration
• Experience with Git‑based development workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Experience working on CRM platforms or data‑driven systems is a strong plus
• Exposure to enterprise or large‑scale backend architectures is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore delivery environment
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to code quality
• Good communication skills and collaborative attitude
