Backend Developer - NodeJS (Full-Stack Leaning)

We're hiring a full-time Backend Developer (full-stack leaning) to build, end to end, a multi-tenant private e-commerce platform (backend + frontend) for one of our clients — from scoping to production Go-Live, and beyond.

This is a permanent, full-time position on our payroll. The initial focus is delivering the platform to production Go-Live, with ongoing ownership and evolution of the product after launch.

The mission is to deliver exceptional shopping experiences through cutting-edge technology, handling massive concurrent traffic during time-limited sales events — a platform serving 50,000+ concurrent users during flash sales.

You're creative, you know how to solve problems, and you're comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to drive new innovations.

• 4–6 years of professional backend development experience
• Strong Node.js / TypeScript backend in production
• Strong experience with NestJS (modules, guards, interceptors, DI)
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL (modeling, indexing, complex queries) and Prisma
• Hands-on with Redis
• Clean REST API design, application security (OWASP), JWT, OAuth2 / OIDC
• At least one e-commerce / transactional project shipped in production
• Automated tests (unit + integration), Git / PR / code review
• Full autonomy: you own your scope end to end
  

• Next.js experience (enough to jump on the frontend when needed)
• AWS hands-on
• BullMQ or similar job queue
• Familiarity with a PSP (Stripe, Checkout.com, etc.)
• Enterprise SSO (SAML, OIDC)
• Multi-tenant / SaaS B2B
• Scalability notions (load testing, traffic peaks)
