We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Senior .NET Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development, with a strong focus on building scalable backend systems, writing efficient database queries, and collaborating seamlessly with frontend teams. This is an individual contributor role where technical ownership, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality solutions are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
Build and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions in MS SQL Server for efficient data processing.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless user experiences.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning to maintain high code quality and reliability.
Ensure backend systems are secure, maintainable, and aligned with best development practices.
Contribute to Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently while improving system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience with
.NET Core,
ASP.NET MVC, and
ASP.NET Web API.
Strong expertise in
MS SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Solid understanding of backend architecture, API design, and system integration principles.
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments and contributing effectively to team sprints.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as
JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, or frameworks like
Angular/React.
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles to enhance API usability and integration.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization is a plus.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
