About Us

Leadrat is a fast-growing SaaS CRM platform helping businesses streamline lead management and improve customer engagement. We are hiring a Backend Developer to strengthen our tech team and build scalable, high-performance systems.

Role: Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services
  • Write clean, efficient code and debug issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of backend development experience
  • Proficiency in .NET, Java, Python, or PHP
  • Preferred Technology: .NET
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs & databases
  • Experience with cloud platforms and Git

Nice To Have

  • SaaS product experience
  • Microservices knowledge
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Agile experience
