We're building Rivo OS a lead operating system that replaces the chaos of WhatsApp and Excel in mortgage brokerage with something that actually works. If you want to write real backend code that moves money and closes deals, this is it.

What You'll Be Working On

• Building and maintaining APIs that power the Rivo platform lead pipelines, state transitions, notifications, integrations
• Connecting third-party services (WhatsApp Business API, CRM hooks, document flows)
• Writing clean, tested backend logic under the guidance of our lead engineer
• Using AI coding tools daily this is not optional, it's how we work

Stack & Tools

Core: Python (Django) or Node.js pick your lane, we work in both

You'll get hands-on with:

• PostgreSQL - Supabase
• REST API design and integration
• Claude Code
• Git / GitHub for version control
• Devin and Factory for AI-assisted development and autonomous PR workflows

Who We're Looking For

• Final year CS/IT student or a fresh grad
• Comfortable in Python or Node.js doesn't matter which, as long as you're honest about your level
• You've built something before, even if it's small show us
• Curious about AI-powered development and willing to learn fast
• Based in or willing to come to Kochi a few days a week

What This Isn't

This isn't a place where you'll spend three months writing unit tests for a feature nobody uses. You'll be working on a live product with a small, focused team. The feedback loop is fast and the expectations are real.
