We are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and maintain robust, scalable systems that power our applications. You will work with modern technologies while having the opportunity to explore and implement emerging AI capabilities.
What You will Do:
- Design and develop high-performance backend services and APIs
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Optimize database design and queries for improved performance
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Debug complex issues across multiple systems and environments
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Core Requirements:
- 2-3 years of backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Express.js, or Django
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and version control practices
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and generative AI tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
