Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications and APIs. The candidate should have knowledge of backend technologies, MongoDB, and Selenium, along with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services

•            Build reusable, scalable, and optimized server-side components

•            Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

•            Work with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL

•            Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security

•            Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently

•            Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and project managers

•            Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

•            Perform unit testing and automation testing using Selenium

•            Maintain proper documentation for development processes and APIs

•            Monitor server performance and ensure system reliability

•            Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills:

•            Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, or .NET

•            Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database management

•            Experience in API development and integration

•            Knowledge of Selenium for automation testing

•            Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security practices

•            Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control systems

•            Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes is an added advantage

•            Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

•            Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

•            Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

•            1–3 years of experience in backend development

•            Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
