Role Summary

We're looking for a smart, hands-on Backend Developer who is comfortable working with AI systems, APIs, and scalable backend architecture.

This role is for someone who understands systems deeply, writes clean logic, and can think beyond basic CRUD.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend systems

• Integrate and optimize AI models, APIs, and workflows

• Work with WhatsApp, automation, and third-party services

• Ensure performance, reliability, and security

• Collaborate closely with product and growth teams

• Take ownership of backend architecture and decisions

Requirements

• 3–6 years of backend development experience

• Strong fundamentals in system design and data structures

• Experience working with AI models, LLM APIs, or ML pipelines

• Proficiency in one or more backend stacks (Node.js, Python, etc.)

• Comfortable with databases, queues, and background jobs

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with chatbots, automation, or messaging platforms

• SaaS or early-stage startup experience

• Cloud deployment and scaling experience

• Curiosity and fast learning ability
