You write realistic backend programming tasks, then write the tests that decide whether an AI-generated solution really does what the task asked. You learn how AI coding systems are trained and tested while you are paid for it, and the field is growing fast.

What it pays and takes

• $30 to $100 per hour depending on experience, paid hourly as an independent contractor

• About 15 hours a week, you pick when; fully remote, India

• You need strong backend experience in Python, Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, C++ or similar
