Project Overview :
Were seeking an experienced Backend API Test Engineer to join our innovative team with Automotive Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement automated tests for backend APIs using BDD Cucumber framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements.
3. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
4. Ensure API testing coverage and identify areas for improvement.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
Requirements :
Mandatory skill:
1. Proficiency in scripting languages (Selenium, Cucumber/BDD).
2. Experience with API testing tools and techniques.
3. Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, C++).
4. Ability to design and implement test automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Maven/Gradle).
5. Experience with version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, TeamCity).
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. White-box and black-box testing
8. Automotive exp. mandatory
Preferred skill:
1. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
2. Knowledge of database testing and data validation.
3. Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
