We are looking for a Backend & Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale robust backend systems that power AI-driven and automation-first products. This role focuses on creating reliable APIs, efficient data pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows while contributing to system architecture and long-term technical decisions.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent logic-building skills, a systems-thinking mindset, and the curiosity to explore new technologies. This position offers significant ownership over backend components and the opportunity to work on complex, real-world engineering challenges beyond standard CRUD applications.

Skills & Qualifications:-

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and automation
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL (schema design, queries, optimization)
• Working knowledge of Redis (caching, queues, background processing)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms for practical problem solving
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade backend systems
• Familiarity with LLMs / ML integrations and automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems, flows, and edge cases, not just features
• Curious mindset, openness to learning, and flexibility with tools and languages
