Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female candidate for the position of Back Office Sales. The ideal candidate will support our sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and sales processes.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients for follow-ups and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Generate sales reports and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
