Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Sales Executive at our Surat location. The Back Office Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing sales documents, managing records, and maintaining customer databases. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing and processing sales orders, coordinating with various internal teams, generating reports, and assisting in customer follow-ups to ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and administrative skills, including document preparation, data management, and record-keeping
  • Customer communication and relationship management for timely and professional handling of inquiries and follow-ups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry software, and basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and support sales executives effectively
  • Prior experience in a sales support or back office role is a plus
