✔ Managing emails, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination activities
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
✔ Good typing speed and documentation skills
✔ Strong coordination and communication abilities
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
✔ Experience in spare parts, logistics, or back-office operations will be preferred
