In this role, you will solve back-office transactions using the industry training, process training and work
instructions provided to you. You shall play an key role in resolving the transaction correctly and
efficiently, which has a direct impact on the customer experience.

- In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through referring to training and
guides provided
- Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor. This is a work-from office role.
- The decisions that you make impact your own work and those of your colleagues and client. You
will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined scope of work
