Job Purpose
To support organizational operations by managing backend processes, maintaining accurate records, handling data entry, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in systems and databases
Handle day-to-day back office operations and documentation
Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel
Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized manner
Coordinate with internal departments for data and process requirements
Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies
Assist in MIS reporting and data analysis
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company data and information
Support audit and compliance-related documentation when required

Accuracy level in data entry and reporting
Timely completion of assigned tasks
Error rate in documentation and records
Efficiency in handling backend processes
Quality of MIS reports and data management

Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate (Any Stream)
Relevant experience in back office / data handling will be preferred
Working Conditions
Office-based role
Standard working hours as per company policy
Use of computer systems for extended periods
