Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive (Sales Support) located in Delhi, India. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for back office operations, communication, sales support, and finance tasks to ensure smooth sales processes.

Job Description

• Provide sales support to the sales and operations teams.
• Handle daily email communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, sales data, and order tracking sheets.
• Manage quotation preparation, invoice follow-ups, and documentation work.
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing and dispatches.
• Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Support in creating product listings, client data management, and CRM updates.
• Perform general office tasks and ensure smooth back-office operations

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong email drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or back-office support preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
