Role Summary
Rupeek is seeking a skilled Back Office Executive – Reconciliation to manage daily transaction
reconciliations, month-end closures, and reporting activities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day operational activities, including KYC creation, loan creation, repayment
adjustments, and loan closures within the loan management system.
● Ensure accurate and error-free data entry into company databases.
● Handle reconciliation activities related to disbursements and collections.
● Manage customer tickets in the Salesforce system, including requests for gold release,
payment adjustments, loan closures, and ensure resolution within defined TAT.
● Address customer escalations and queries related to payments received via email, ensuring
timely and effective responses.
● Collaborate and interact with internal stakeholders across departments.
● Coordinate with support and operations teams via phone to resolve queries, process
transactions, and handle issues efficiently.
Key Skills:
● Good typing speed with high accuracy.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
● 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
● Prior experience in financial services is preferred.
