Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Back Office Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations, CRM management, MIS reporting, and client coordination for our Facility Services business. The role requires a highly organized professional with strong Excel skills, experience handling B2B clients, and the ability to manage operational data, reports, and internal coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM records, customer databases, and operational information.
  • Handle back-office operational activities, documentation, and process coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Generate business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance teams for smooth business operations.
  • Track client contracts, service requests, invoices, and operational updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and proper record management.
  • Support management with data analysis and operational insights.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure all customer and operational information is updated regularly.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Back Office Operations, CRM Management, MIS Reporting, or Sales Coordination.
  • Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in the Facility Services / Facility Management industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Advanced Formulas
  • Data Analysis
  • MIS & Dashboard Preparation
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
