We are looking for a smart, organized, and hardworking Office Executive to support day-to-day office operations and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Excel work (Reports, MIS, Data Analysis)
WhatsApp handling & bulk communication
Display screen & content management
Printing coordination (standees, vouchers, branding materials)
Event & promotion support
RTV & IST coordination
Stock upload & data maintenance
Website handling & basic updates
Preferred Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented & well-organized
