Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)

Candidates with freight forwarding or logistics background preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

Educational Requirements:

Graduate from a recognized university

(Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Manage back-office operations for Air & Sea Freight shipments

Coordinate with customers and provide shipment updates

Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, agents, and internal teams

Support pricing, rate coordination, and quotations

Handle shipment documentation and booking follow-ups

Maintain records, MIS, and assist in customs clearance coordination

Skills Required:

12 years experience in Air & Sea Freight logistics operations

Strong customer coordination and communication skills

Knowledge of freight documentation, pricing, and customs procedures

Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer tools

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience:
