Job Summary
Devstayz is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily hotel operations and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling booking records, PMS software updates, customer data management, coordination with different departments, and maintaining smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update guest booking details in PMS software.
- Maintain customer records, reservation data, and reports.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and operations teams.
- Handle emails, documentation, and data entry work.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and operational reports.
- Assist in billing, payment follow-ups, and invoice management.
- Monitor room availability and booking status through PMS software.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the system.
- Support customer query handling when required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of PMS software (Hotel Management Software).
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email Handling).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or back-office work will be preferred.
