Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in Gurugram. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining records, managing data, preparing reports, and supporting documentation for various projects. The role includes coordinating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations to ensure timely execution of workflows and accurate information flow. Responsibilities also involve responding to internal queries, assisting with basic financial entries or reconciliations as needed, and supporting compliance with company policies and processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with digital tools, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills, with experience in data entry, documentation, and record management.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Sales processes to support sales documentation, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Foundational Finance skills, such as handling invoices, basic reconciliations, or assisting with financial documentation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace (spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and comfort with digital tools and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred; experience in a digital or tech services environment is an advantage.
  • Minimum qualification: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, or a related field.
