We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in the administrative and operational sector. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining and organizing files and records
Data entry and data management
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Responding to customer inquiries and providing support as needed
Performing quality checks on data and processes
Supporting the team in various projects and initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic understanding of office management procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with database management is a plus
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
