Role Description

Job Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,50,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a Backend Executive for handling ESIC, EPF, and compliance-related office work. The candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working on portals, documentation, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Handling ESIC & EPF portal work and data updates

•⁠ ⁠Preparing challans, reports, and compliance records

•⁠ ⁠Maintaining employee data and office documentation

•⁠ ⁠Managing Excel sheets, attendance, and MIS reports

•⁠ ⁠Filing and organizing compliance-related documents

•⁠ ⁠Supporting HR and accounts team with backend operations

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring proper record maintenance and data accuracy

Skills Required:

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of ESIC & EPF work

•⁠ ⁠Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email handling

•⁠ ⁠Strong documentation and data entry skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage office backend work efficiently

Qualification:

•⁠ ⁠Graduate preferred
