Role - Back Office Executive
Experience - 6 months to 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in event coordination and management by handlingbackend operations.
Maintain and update event data, registrations, and reports in Excel and CRM tools.
Support the team with documentation, emails, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for event-related tasks.
Handle incoming inquiries and assist in smooth communication within departments. Manage inventory and logistics for event-related materials.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and otheroffice-related documents.
Ensure proper filing and organization of all event-related documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any field (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
Basic knowledge of MSOffice(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask and handle administrative work efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in event management or administration will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Must be punctual, responsible, and proactive in handling tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
