Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive Online Bookstore

Location: Onsite - Full-Time

About Us:

We are a growing online bookstore committed to bringing readers the best selection of books from India and around the world. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Back Office Executive to manage product uploads and listings on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end product uploads on the bookstore website.
  • Create, edit, and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, categories, and other details.
  • Use Excel to prepare and upload bulk product data.
  • Research and interpret product information from blurbs, the internet, and other sources to create accurate and engaging listings.
  • Ensure product details are consistent, error-free, and optimized for online sales.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all back-office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
  • Strong internet browsing and online research skills.
  • Good typing speed with attention to detail.
  • Decent comprehension and writing skills in English to interpret and adapt book descriptions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce product listing is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate in English and Hindi is preferred.
