Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will handle daily office operations, manage sales support functions, and assist with finance-related administrative tasks. The role will also require effective communication with various teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to organizational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back Office Operations and general office management
• Effective Communication skills for internal coordination and external interactions
• Basic working knowledge of Sales processes and support
• Ability to handle Finance tasks and ensure accurate documentation
• Proficiency in using office software tools such as MS Office
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
