Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Agra. The Back Office Executive will handle diverse tasks such as managing back office operations, coordinating office workflows, supporting finance and sales activities, and maintaining strong communication with various stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and active collaboration to ensure smooth office and business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Sales and an understanding of Finance processes to support business operations.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office technology and software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
