Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include managing daily back-office operations, assisting in maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clients and team members, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting sales activities and ensuring efficient communication to optimize organizational processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and ability to manage administrative tasks effectively
  • Strong Communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure quality service
  • Experience in Customer Service and building positive client relationships
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Atleast 12th pass.
