This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Employee role located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing back-office operations, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, assisting in customer service, and supporting finance and sales teams. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure efficiency in daily operations.

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management and record-keeping
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
• A positive attitude and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in an administrative or back-office role is preferred but not mandatory
