Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Employee to support the smooth operations of our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ujjain, the selected candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate internal processes, and ensure timely communication within the organization. Responsibilities include handling back office operations, assisting in sales and customer service tasks, and supporting financial and operational processes. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficiency and supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

-We are seeking a reliable and hard-working team member to assist with our digital operations and back-office activities.

-Skills Required

-Good written and basic verbal English communication skills

-Practical knowledge of Google Sheets (data entry, tracking, basic formatting)

-Basic computer and internet handling skills

-Ability to research information online efficiently

-Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes

-Strong time management and consistency in daily tasks

-Responsibilities

-Assist with daily digital operations and research-related work

-Support online outreach and platform coordination

Maintain basic records, tracking documents, and reports

-Ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines

Job Details

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Work Hours: 11.00 AM – 8:00 PM ( 1 hour break )

Experience: Minimum 1 year (any digital or online role)

Location: Ujjain (In-office, Full-time)
