Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible
Back Office Telecaller to support our institutes administrative and student communication activities. The candidate will handle phone calls, follow up with prospective students, maintain records, and assist the back office team with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received through website, social media, or walk-ins.
- Maintain and update student and inquiry data in the system or Excel sheets.
- Handle basic queries related to courses, fees, admission process, and schedules.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team.
- Maintain call records and prepare daily reports.
- Assist with back office tasks such as documentation, data entry, and file management.
- Ensure professional communication with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word.
- Ability to manage data and follow up regularly.
- Good organizational skills.
Qualification
- G raduation required
- Experience: 1 2 years in telecalling, customer service, Back office or admissions.
