Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant, located in Kanpur. The Back Office Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, support operational processes, ,assist with data entry and record-keeping. The role requires effective communication with department teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day office administration and documentation
  • Preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans
  • Coordinating with production, dispatch, and accounts departments
  • Maintaining records of orders, payments, and inventory
  • Assisting management with reports and data entry

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and strong Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for handling data, reports, and operational details
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of Busy / accounting software preferred
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration preferred
  • 13 years of relevant experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply
