Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Back Office Assistant. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks, managing back-office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. Additional tasks include streamlining processes, providing support for customer service activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in marketing or a related field is a plus
