Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding clients requirements for PMC and accordingly issue them Expression of Interest and     Quotation. 

2. Basic Understanding of Legal Documents / Title Documents etc.

3. Follow Up on approvals and Nocs and documentation for projects

4. Preparation of PPT.

5. Coordination with clients.

6. Coordination with company's professionals at various stages.

7. Coordination with project co-ordinaries working with the company.

8. Responsible for Filing and Retrieving of documents

9. Responding to Client correspondences.

10. Reporting on Progress of project

11. Preparing tender documents.

12. Approving the tender document from clients.

13. Studying the tender documents received.

14. Evaluating the tender details received.

15. Corresponding with bidders for shortfall of documents and reporting the same to the client.

16. Preparing comparison statement

17. Following checklist at each and every stage.

18. Reporting to the CEO / Managing Director of the company.

Requirements:

Graduate

Good Knowledge of use of MS Excel, MS Word

English Language - Read & Write

Work Exposure into Real Estate Industry would be preferred

Location: Mumbai

Work Experience of 1-3 years
