Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Assistant located in Rajkot. The Back Office Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including back-office operations, administrative work, coordination with the team, accounting data entry, documentation, and providing customer service. They will work closely with clients and support smooth business operations by enabling effective communication and helping maintain operational efficiency.

Salary Budget - Rs. 12-18K/Monthly - No bar of salary for the right candidate

Working Hours: Morning : 10 to 1:30 and Afternoon 2:15 to 8:00 PM

Education: CA Inter/BBA/B.com/M.com/12th pass but having experience of CA Firm and GST working

Freshers and Experience both can also apply but willingness to join immediately preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
  • Accounting in Tally and GST filing
  • Video Editing if add on skill
  • Strong Analytical Skills for decision making and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage documentation and data entry
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com) or Business Administration (BBA)
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
